I am a professional expressionist abstract artist based in Calgary, Alberta looking for an Art Consultant to increase sales and variety of clients.
The candidate would primarily be responsible for but not limited to:
Finding new galleries interested in showing on their location Marie Manon artworks,
selling to interior designers, architects, facility managers, builders/developers, corporations and the general public.
Knowledgeable in their field, educated and excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills. The perfect candidate is both a visually savvy and detail-oriented analytical thinker. He/she can develop relationships across diverse groups of people, is highly organized and tremendous and prioritizing simultaneous tasks.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of the arts, including artists, artistic forms and artistic methods
- Possessing specialized knowledge of specific subjects in artwork and history
- Developing relationships with prominent collectors and others in the art market
- Researching new clients, new galleries and related subjects
It is a part-time position. (3-5 days position)

Shipping artworks to the USA is duty-free. For artworks under $2,500, a customs broker is not required.

IS MY SITE SECURE?
Yes. You pay through PayPal. I never see your credit card number; PayPal just sends me a confirmation email that you’ve bought and paid your purchase. At that time, I will start packaging your painting.

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. I am sending you an invoice through PayPal and you just follow the instructions.
I ship worldwide at buyers costs, shipping fees are included in Canada. For large paintings, to minimize the shipping cost and reduced the chances that painting gets damaged during transit, the canvas is removed from the stretcher bars and shipped in a tube. Once you receive it, bring it to a framing company to put it back on stretcher bars. If you would prefer the painting shipped to you on the bars, I can certainly send it this way.

I ship usually through Canada Post but for larger paintings, I use either Fed Ex or Purolator.
After you purchased a painting through my website, it takes usually 5 to 7 business days before the painting is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 30 days before receiving your painting depending on where you live. Within Canada, it takes usually less than 7 days.
I am not responsible for any package which has not been delivered or is delivered damaged. I recommend you buy insurance before I shipped the package. Please send me your phone number and contact information in a separate email at email@example.com. This will allow the delivery service to contact you if necessary.
For buyers in Calgary, I can deliver your piece of art or you can pick it up at the studio.
ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Taxes, customs, duties, and any other fees charged by your country of residence are NOT included.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the painting, you can return it at your cost within 5 days after you received it for reimbursement. I will deduct from your purchase price of $45 for the packaging cost.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO I USE?
I use a professional quality product only. On each painting, I apply 3 layers of varnish and the sides are painted light grey or dark grey or black. Please let me know if you have a specific preference for the sides.
