• Duties, customs, tariffs, import taxes and import fees, if any are applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

• All items are made to order in Canada.

• Because each product is produced specifically for your order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

• If you receive a defective product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.
