Artist's comment
Life moves quickly. We rush through ordinary days without realizing that one day they will become precious memories. A coffee shared with a friend, fresh flowers on the kitchen table, a summer afternoon that seemed completely ordinary at the time. Then the years pass, and somehow those simple moments become the ones we cherish most.
As I painted Moment in Time, I found myself reflecting on how rarely we recognize the important moments while they are happening. We are busy living them. Only later do we understand their value. The laughter, the conversations, the people we love, the quiet beauty that surrounded us every day.
That is why I chose this title. Not because of the flowers, but because the painting reminds me to slow down and appreciate what is here today. To notice the beauty in ordinary moments before they become memories.
