Artist's comment When I started this painting, I didn’t know what it would become. I simply followed the colors, the movements, and let the canvas guide me. Then, little by little, something familiar began to appear — soft shapes, floating forms — and suddenly I could see them. Beautiful nénuphars.
In that moment, my thoughts went straight to Monet, a painter I deeply admire. I felt his spirit in the work, as if the water lilies were quietly finding their way into my painting on their own. What began as pure abstraction became a windy day full of life and flowers, drifting like a dream across the water.
