I just can’t believe another summer is already flying away. It feels like we waited forever for the warm days, the flowers, the long evenings… and then, just like that, summer lasted five minutes!
I’m never quite ready to let it go. But I know what’s coming — cooler days, shorter evenings and, eventually, that four-letter word… SNOW!
Oh well. We’ll make it through. We always do. After all, this is Canada. Our seasons are part of who we are, and as quickly as they come and go, I wouldn’t have it any other way. ??????
