My paintings are born from imagination, lived experiences, and long hours of deep, quiet moments between the canvas and me. Color is my language. Each work carries fragments of life—sometimes mine, sometimes borrowed from stories I’ve witnessed or felt in others. I am the why behind every painting, even when the story remains open.
Marilyn emerges from that space. Shaped by endurance and early responsibility, she learned to move forward while carrying invisible weight. The city became her structure and her refuge, but also her fatigue. As life slows, she feels drawn toward calm, nature, and the idea of peace.
This painting captures a moment of transition rather than a conclusion. Marilyn is not defined—she is felt. Her story belongs as much to the viewer as it does to the canvas, leaving one quiet question lingering: Who’s Marilyn?
